  • We previously operated as an independent recruiter group for 4+ years and maintain trusted relationships with 150+ direct client-recruiters / recruiter partners across the USA & India (with some roles from APAC, UK, UAE).
  • Based on the recruiter/partner contract, payouts may be processed either from our company account (WLEN WorldJobs LLP) or an authorized individual account (for legacy individual contracts).

You can refer as many candidates as you like for roles marked as “Refer & Earn.” The potential to earn scales with your effort.

We’re young and partner-oriented. We typically share 40%–60% of what we earn per closure—among the best in the industry.

How It Works

  1. Find a role from our Current Openings and check the “Refer & Earn” amount listed.
  2. Pre-screen & refer candidates who genuinely match the job (skills, experience, location, work authorization). Note: Quality matters a lot than quantity.
  3. Relax—our team takes over. Once you share a relevant, pre-screened profile, our recruiters handle screening, coordination, and interview scheduling.
  4. Closure = candidate accepts the offer and joins the client.
  5. Payout is released to you after the client’s guarantee period is completed.

We keep you informed when there is meaningful progress or client feedback. Note: Many clients do not provide feedback for non-matching profiles. When a candidate is a strong fit, feedback and interviews typically move fast—we’ll keep you updated.

Payouts & Bonus

USA & International (ex-India) ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000+ (up to ₹2,00,000 for complex roles)
Approx. $500 – $2,500 per closure		 Varies by role seniority, niche skills & difficulty.
India ₹5,000 – ₹30,000 per closure Dependent on salary band & complexity.
Monthly Bonus: Earn an additional +10% payout on each closure if you complete 5 closures within any calendar month (1st–end).
Per-Submission Payouts (Some Jobs): For select roles, we may pay per shortlisted resume submission (not per closure).
Payments schedule: Submissions made by the 15th → paid on the 30th of the same month. Submissions after the 15th → paid by the 15th of the following month.

Conditions & Transparency

  • Closure means the candidate accepts the offer and joins the client.
  • Guarantee period: 30–90 days depending on client policy. We release your payout as soon as we receive the payment from the client.
  • Jobs listing a “Refer & Earn” amount show the minimum or range you will receive for a closure. You will not earn less than the displayed amount; you may earn more for complex/niche roles.
  • No TDS deducted by us; you are responsible for your own tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
  • Do not call our US dialer number: +1 775 369 5369. Ask your referrals to save it as “WLEN WorldJobs” so they don’t miss our calls.

Payouts may be processed from WLEN WorldJobs LLP account or authorized individual account, depending on the underlying recruiter/vendor agreement terms.
