What is the Opportunity?

This is a bulk-hiring ongoing internship/freelance opportunity. We train you in-depth on sourcing techniques used by professional recruiters.

This free internship program is part of our social commitment to empower 1,000 aspiring professionals with in-depth talent sourcing skills. As part of our social responsibility , we aim to provide free, practical learning along with a real opportunity to earn while gaining hands-on recruitment experience.

You will learn:

  • Deep searching techiques
  • Finding candidates on open web
  • Finding candidates without using job portal
  • Understanding job descriptions & client needs
  • Talent sourcing using smart tools & platforms
  • Screening candidates for right fitment

This role involves significant hands-on sourcing and candidate outreach.

  • Good English communication

  • Minimum 6 hours/day or 30–40 hours/week (flexible)
